You will work directly with Michelle online to create a safe and sacred space for you to reconnect with your beautiful quiet self through Distance Energy Therapy

You will connect with Michelle for a check in via Zoom, listen to a personalised guided meditation before beginning the energy therapy session, receive 40-minutes of Energy Therapy, and finally complete the session with a 5-minute chat with Michelle

Pricing: $150 per 60-minute Distance Energy Therapy Session

mindfulBliss uses the healing properties of crystals to create space within yourself, your home, or your office to gently shift into your highest health, happiness, and calm

This is ideal for the person who is working through explained or unexplained stress, unsettledness, angst, or physical, mental or emotional unwell, within themselves, their home, or their office

You will work through the Crystal Energy Mapping questionnaire with Michelle for 30-minutes for Personal and up to 120-minutes for Home/Office; within 3 days receive a clear plan for crystal options and information, crystal placement, and where to purchase the crystals if you need this guidance
