The mindfulBliss Harvey Studio location is in the beautiful forest-hugged studio at 3388 Route 635. Come in the side door and make your way down the stairs to this quiet studio oasis. Come on in.

Bring as much or as little as you would like to class… mindfulBliss has you covered. We have mats, bolsters, blocks, cushions, and blankets for you to use for class.

The classes are one-hour in length. Arrive 10-minutes prior to class to get yourself situated and settled.

The classes will accommodate approximately 10 individuals depending on the class. Be sure to arrive early to secure your spot.
