Can anyone meditate?
This is a tough one but my short answer is yes. Once we lift the overall expectations of meditation and allow for everyone’s meditation journey to look different, then I feel like anyone can meditate; their way. Find your way now!
How do I get started with meditation?
Your meditation practice begins with this moment, today. Allow yourself to connect with the idea of meditation and what you want meditation to do for you. When you have started asking yourself if meditation could be right for you, then you are already connected to a new practice and are well on your way to making meditation a part of your journey.
How does energy therapy help a person?
Energy therapy is a very broad term. From my expertise, energy work allows for gentle shifts and healing on all personal levels; mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. These gentle shifts allow for the individual to feel connected and aligned with their most vibrant and healthy selves.
