This week is about building from our gentle awareness to a place of curiosity. Let’s get curious.
Week Three
This week is all about acceptance. This is not a passive acceptance of all things that happen to you, more an open acceptance of what your every day is offering and allowing it to be enough.
Week Four
This week we use all that we have learned so far - awareness, curiosity, and acceptance - and open our hearts to finding our joy. Our joy is in the everyday moments of our life. Open your heart and connect to your joy!
Week Five
This week we connect to what this Yoga Series is all about - Awakening Your Bliss! Allow your strength and balance to carry you forward into living your Bliss.
